Reports To: Director of Technical Support

Description: Technical Support Agents will assist clients with any computer related issues that they may incur and help them better understand how to use the Internet. As a Tech Support Agent you will also be responsible for selling all types of accounts and providing potential clients with any information that they request.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with Internet related issues over the phone and via e-mail.
  • Provide information to customers wishing to sign up for our service.
  • Provide customers with high-quality, personal service.
  • Research new technologies to ensure that we always provide high-quality customer service.
  • Other delegated responsibilities as agreed upon.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year Internet experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good typing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capable of learning new and fast changing technologies.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
