Reports To: Director of Technical Support
Description: Technical Support Agents will assist clients with any computer related issues that they may incur and help them better understand how to use the Internet. As a Tech Support Agent you will also be responsible for selling all types of accounts and providing potential clients with any information that they request.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with Internet related issues over the phone and via e-mail.
- Provide information to customers wishing to sign up for our service.
- Provide customers with high-quality, personal service.
- Research new technologies to ensure that we always provide high-quality customer service.
- Other delegated responsibilities as agreed upon.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year Internet experience.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good typing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Capable of learning new and fast changing technologies.
- Excellent customer service skills.
