Title: Outside Sales Representative
Locations: Areas throughout Texas

Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Description: The Outside Sales Representative markets and sells voice and data services to business customers in the assigned area. The Sales Representative is responsible for new business development and account management/customer service for the rapidly expanding voice and data integration services market.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for being the primary point of contact with clients and maintaining client relationships.
- Achieve all sales objectives by selling the company's products and services in a manner that meets or exceeds the expectations and needs of current and prospective accounts.
- Analyze needs, processes, and capabilities of targeted customers and provide integrated solutions to meet their needs.
- Build strategic partnership with customers and maximize revenue opportunities in these accounts.
- Other delegated responsibilities as agreed upon.
- Successfully prospect and generate leads by telemarketing and cold-calling.
Requirements:
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- Telephony background with knowledge of voice, data, and Internet inter-networking.
- 1 year outside business-to-business sales success in related industry.
- 3 years of sales experience.
- Proven success in sales, with an emphasis in managing customer accounts.
- Experience prospecting, presenting, and closing sales.
- Excellent oral, written, time management, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think and communicate strategically and conceptually at all levels of an organization.
- Computer literate - Windows NT, MS Word & Excel Preferred
