Inside Sales Description


Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Cleburne, Texas

Availability: Currently

Reports To: Sales Manager

Description: The Inside Sales Representative will build and maintain relationships with customers, work hand in hand with outside sales representatives, handle inbound/outbound sales opportunities, work with our marketing department on sales programs, initiate, develop, and successfully close the sales process.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a team to generate revenue through the sale of telecommunication and Internet products and service contracts to prospects and existing customers.
  • Develop relationships with local companies to assist them in creating telecom solutions that will help them optimize and be successful in their respective marketplace.
  • Prospect and develop new accounts and sell new product lines to secure business from existing accounts.
  • Follow-up on leads from phone inquiries, referrals, and research.
  • Assist with sales proposals and presentations, set appointments for outside sales.
  • Other delegated responsibilities as agreed upon.

Requirements:

  • Telephony background with knowledge of voice, data, and Internet inter-networking.
  • 1 year inside business-to-business inside sales success in related industry.
  • 3 years sales experience.
  • Proven success in telecom consultative sales, with an emphasis in managing customer accounts.
  • Experience prospecting, presenting, and closing sales.
  • Excellent oral, written, time management, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
